1. New layout. I was bored with the old one. I'm not sure about this one either, but I'm graphically incompetent. (Anyone want to help me with a graphic? I offer fic in return!)

2. I have a cold. And it's snowing. Again. *growls*

3. Happy birthday [livejournal.com profile] tarlanx!

4. The local radio has a very informative program about some guy who's going to learn how to walk in high heels. Why? Apparently, people are still stupid.

4,5. Oh. It was because he's going to play John Travolta's role in Hairspray. That explains it. Still - why would anyone want to wear high heels? They hurt your feet!

5. Speaking of high heels - I rewatched Iron Man yesterday. Gwynneth Paltrow is hot.

5,5. Speaking of superhero movies - Watchmen doesn't premier until next Friday in Sweden. Why do I live in such an uncivilized, backwards little country? Sister #1 had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if she wanted to see it with me and then accused me of being queen of the geeks. Why do I have such an uncivilized, backwards little sister?

Sweden is the most uselessly backwards country in all the civilized world. People just look at me funny the moment I start talking about Watchmen, be it the graphic novel or the movie or the fucking Desolation Row cover My Chemical Romance punked together for it. But we've got fucking Twilight. I hiss every time I walk past the paperback in the grocery store. Stupid country. >:|

Twilight does not exist in my world. Period. I judge my little brother's new girlfriend based on her love for the book.

But hey, they actually had the graphic novel at the library in Borlänge! All is not lost!

My best fucking friend loves the shit out of those books, and I considered firing her from life. But at least she was mostly amused when I ranted about it, instead of pissed, so there is progress, I guess.

Woo! I have to check out the library again, then. They didn't have Sandman, so I kind of gave up in disgust.

They had Sandman and lots of Alan Moore in Norrköping. I loved that library. I could easily move back just for their comic book collection.

Well, if you want to watch the movie with someone who knows how to properly appreciate it, you know where to find me ;)
