1. Guess what? My sga_santa  story is finally finished and sent off to the mods. I only had to ask for two extensions. I blame the drugs for everything. Thanks and hugs and fluffy little puppies for my lovely betas, bluespirit_star , sgamadison and the_cephalopod (who should have been fussed over and coddled instead of reading my story). You guys are the best, and I will be forever grateful. 

2. F-list, from now on, you are strictly forbidden to end up in the hospital! Two in one week is enough... *glares at the_cephalopod and vaginasaurus * *stops glaring and hugs them instead*

I'm still so full of glee! I noted that some of you posted links to the nominated stories, so I'll just follow your example. Thank you for  the nominations and congratulations to the rest of the nominees. There are a lot of amazing stories nominated this year! I can't wait for the reading period to start...

Abandon - The one where Rodney is hopped up on alien Viagra and John gets what he's been too afraid to ask for.

Entangled Particles - The one where Rodney writes books and John crashes helicopters.

Eventual Thaw - The one where it takes a fall down an ice crevasse and a concussion to get John to talk about his feelings.

In which John's hair is an entity of its own - This one needs no further explanation. Crack of the fluffy, romantic kind. lavvyan made me do it!

Yay for fleece! I've yet to start writing mine, but Halling will be in it, and a yurt and a Christmas tree, and some cuddling, disguised as sharing of bodyheat...
