1. THEY CUT OUT LORNE'S LIVER!!!!
And yeah, I did a double take when I saw Kavan Smith on SPN. Like, 'Hey, am I watching the right show?'

2. Sam is so, so desperate. And also scaring me quite a lot. I have a feeling that pre-Mystery Spot Sam wouldn't have considered turning his brother into a Frankenstein's Monster-like thingy who has to kill people for spare parts a good idea. Sam, can you go back to being whiney and emo and innocent please? I think I preferred you that way.

3. Dean Winchester is a very pretty man. Just sayin'.

4. I need a SPN icon.

5. I love Sam trying to gross Dean out while he's eating! Also, Sam talking about fecal matter reminded me of the lecture I attended to in my first year of the Environmental Science program. It was about plumbing and the lack thereof in the Third World and was affectionately nicknamed 'The Poop Lecture' because the lecturer kept blushing every time she had to use the word 'feces'. Yes, I am secretly twelve.

6. Bye Bela, I hope we won't have to see you again. You're freaking annoying. Even if you do have a Big Tragic Backstory. Yawn.

7. I'm afraid there's going to be a huge honking cliffhanger at the end of the season. Please, show, don't let Dean spend the summer in Hell.

On a completely different note. Do you have any suggestions which shows I should watch during the summer? I need something to occupy me until SGA, Torchwood and SPN returns. As you know, I'm a huge fan of Sci-Fi and Action/Mystery shows with quirky characters and snarky banter, and I'd also like something that doesn't break my freaking heart every week. And please, don't say Battlestar Galactica. I'm sure it's good, but I manage to fall asleep every time I try to watch it.

Yay for Canada! I hope you have a lovely time!

Ah, Firefly! I think I'm going to download it again and see if I can watch it without crying. Wash was my favourite. *sniff* I haven't seen Farscape yet, but I might give it a try. Claudia Black is all kinds of gorgeous. House used to be a favourite, but I've tired a little of it, and I've enjoyed what I've seen of Without a Trace so far (which is two episodes, but still...)

Thanks for the recs!

For Firefly, you can just do what I do: watch the TV series by itself and pretend that Wash totally doesn't meet his demise in the movie. It's a but pathetic, but that's what keeps me from being sad.

I don't actually watch that many science fiction-y shows, so I don't have any recommendations. If you enjoy straight comedy, though, I have lots of amazing shows to rec! :)

I like comedy, but I have a huge embarrassment squick, so shows where the humour consists of people making asses out of themselves just make me uncomfortable...

Which shows do you like?

Well, I love The Office and 30 Rock the most, and then How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, and The New Adventures of Old Christine. I definitely recommend Big Bang Theory, if you haven't already seen it because not only does it take place in my old hometown, but it's hilarious and there are lots of nerdy references!

The Office tends to have embarrassing moments (the humor is mostly in the awkward pauses between characters), but 30 Rock is really just funny and awesome! Oh, and I've started watching the BBC production of Robin Hood, which isn't funny, but is actually pretty good!

Hopefully I've mentioned at least one thing that you didn't already know about :)

I have a friend who loves the Office and lent me the DVD box, but it's not quite my kind of humour. 30 Rock seems to be pretty awesome though. I've enjoyed the eps I've watched of How I Met Your Mother, and I think I'll look up Big Bang Theory. Thank you!
