zinnith | Photomeme pt. 1

I took pictures! This is for

wanted_a_pony who wanted to see: pictures of your kitchen countertops or wherever you prepare/cook food. (No particular reason, just 'cause. ;-) And/or, if you have any pets or dolls or stuffed animals or other non-human companions I'd love to see them!

The most important part of the kitchen first ;-) Second to the coffee machine, the yellow fruit bowl is one of my most loved possessions. I got it from my grandmother and it was handmade over a hundred years ago in the town I come from. Unfortunately it's empty right now, save for a lonely pear and that bag of sun dried tomatoes that I should've thrown out ages ago.

A little dark, but this is the countertop and the kitchen sink. I am the queen of unfinished projects, that's why only three of the tiles are green and blue. One day, I will do them all. Just not today... My favourite part of the kitchen are those little drawers under the cupboards for flour and sugar and stuff. The house I live in was built in the fifties and they are original!

As a little bonus, this very blurry picture of the deformed batch of blueberry muffins I made today. I know they are ugly but they tasted good!

And this picture-of-a-picture is going to have to stand in for the real thing. My stupid!cat Aslan who has abandoned me for a life on the countryside with my parents. My mother has re-named him Bosse. Don't ask me why. He doesn't look like a Bosse at all.
