So, I officially won NaNo today. *whistles innocently* Now I just have to finish the story.
But I'm not going to bore you with that. I'll bore you with a meme instead:
If I made Cinderella, the audience would immediately
be looking for a body in the coach. —Alfred Hitchcock
When I write a story, what do readers immediately look for?

Your stories are about *relationships* and how two people, who are otherwise more or less functional on their own, became better as a result of the relationship. It's not that they need someone to complete them--but they exceed their own expectations when they have the right someone in their lives.

Date: 2011-11-12 07:34 pm (UTC)I must have missed it when you did the meme, sorry! I know I can always go to you when I want a long, plotty story with characterization that makes sense, and where everyone gets their chance to shine.

Also, I find your stories provides me with a new insight into the characters. I know I will find an interesting story when I sit down to read one of yours.
