Soooo... who else is watching Suits? It's really not my type of show and I have no idea why I find it so entertaining. And then I found the kinkmeme. I do not have time for this.

I wanted to watch it, but the pilot episode got deleted on the TiVo by mistake, and I've never managed to catch up with it again. I know that lantean_drift is a fan. Tell me why *you* love it!

That's the thing, I have no idea why I love it! There are usually two kinds of shows I stay far away from - doctor shows and lawyer shows. But this one caught my interest from the first episode.

I think part of it is because pretty much every character is an asshole in some way (some more than others) but they all have redeeming features and nothing is completely black and white. The character I find most interesting is the one the show paints as the bad guy.

I guess I've always had a soft spot for the 'jerk with a heart of gold' trope. *shrugs*

I usually avoid doctor shows too, mostly because it is too much like the day job to be entertaining or relaxing. I watch some lawyer shows, but they are few and far between. It sounds like this show has multidimensional characters that are still likeable, which is a plus in my book. :-)

Maybe I'll be able to catch it in reruns. Most of my shows are in hiatus now...
