Seriously guys - I hope you wonderful bunch of people who have me friended never feel like you're required to comment on any of my stuff. Of course every comment is deeply appreciated. I love them as much as the next writer and I do my very best to answer every single one. But in the end I write because I must, not to get praise and recognition.

All I really can say is - thank you for reading! I'm here for your entertainment, not the other way round.

I'm conducting a SlashFic Anonymous meeting at my place every Thursday night at 8 pm, where we will confess our weakness for slash and expound at uncontrolled length on the characters that we love to slash and why (especially why *our* OTP is the best in the whole wide universe)and discuss the 12 step process to quitting fanfic and getting on with our pathetic little real lives. Problem is, I've had no takers so far, not even me. :-)

*snort*

Glad you are writing for my entertainment. You even tempt me to step outside my narrow little mcshep pond. :-)

Ahahaha, I just read the thing. There are moments when I'm actually kind of glad I drifted out of SGA fandom when I did, dude. I liked her stories okay, but wow. Just, wow. Glad I never friended her.

Heh, I'm actually striving to out myself as a slashficcer ;) I'm at the point where I can admit to writing fanfic to my RL friends and make sure to mention it to guys and girls I meet online - they ought to know what they're getting into! Slashfic I only admit to when I'm drunk though *hangs head in shame*

Quit fanfic? Is that even possible? *clings to fic*

And I'm pretty entertained by your writing as well *g*

Someone is a little too impressed by herself, it seems. I did have her friended and I actually loved a lot of what she was writing, which makes me even more disappointed now. I have this thing where I'm convinced that writers I admire have to be nice and pleasant people... not BNF:s who whine because they're not bigger BNF:s. *shakes head*

Question... how did your friends take the whole fanfic writing business? I'm just worried that if I tell any of my RL friends that I write they'll want to read one of my stories... and then I'll be forced to explain they all contain rather a lot of explicit gay sex. I'm not entirely sure they'll understand... *hugs my LJ friends tight* cep xxx

I liked it too, but I have a very low tolerance for angst so I've only read one or two of her stories. Decent, I thought. But this just made me lose what amount of respect I had for her.

Lurkers are a fact of fandom, man. Deal with it. Of course it's always a little sad when something you've worked hard on isn't commented on, but that's just the way it is. Also, people generally don't comment on WIPs, I've found, but prefer to wait until the last part, so, you know. 40 comments per post? Pretty decent. I know writers in bandom who are universally loved that barely get more than half a dozen per post, but three pages on the final part.

I luffs you! [{( hugg )}]
(for all the times I should've & didn't)

I'm sorry I didn't get to read all about it, having been off-line from Friday 'til today. But prob'ly I would've been disillusioned so it's just as well my morbid curiousity is unfulfilled....

P.S. — I think flouncing is, possibly, my favoritest term ever for what seems to've happened. Choice! :: grins with great glee & many teeth ::

I got accidentally outed myself and am struggling with the 'really?? you??' reaction from a few people.

but yeah, don't think I could stop if I tried--at least not right now when I have so many delicious plot bunnies gamboling about my head.

Yay for mutual entertainment!

Well, my friends are pretty used to my weirdness by now. It was mostly 'Oh, you have another strange interest. Good for you.'
My parents now, that's a completely different story.

It's Transformation Theory \o/ Might have been a little optimistic though. I've managed to write a grand total of one sentence in the past two days... *bangs head against wall*

Don't worry, it will get there. I've been *trying* to write my current story for months now too & all that seems to be happening is that the end is very slowly getting even further away from me... Sigh.

But, YAY for TT!! \o/ *bounces*
