On a more serious note...

Every year, hundreds of thousands of women die from complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Over 95% of these deaths occur in developing countries.

We have had the medical knowledge and treatments to prevent maternal death for a long long time. So why is it that a woman still dies every 90 seconds?

Please take a moment today to remember the women who don't have the privilege of adequate care during their pregnancies, who don't get to give birth in a safe environment. Remember the children who never gets to know their mother, families who lose a member. And all this could be prevented.

We take these things for granted, but there are too many women all over the world who can't.

If you want to help some of the thrird world countries, i noticed you were a supernatural fan, maybe you should look into RandomActs. its a charity that was founded by Misha Collins (Castiel on Supernatural starting in season 4) currently they are doing a project to help Haiti and some people will get to go with him and another Supernatural actor Matt Cohen (Young John Winchester). Look into it and see what you think.
