Why am I awake and thinking about SPN at this hour?

Okay, Bobby sold his soul to Crowley in exchange for help. (Technically, I guess it was more like Crowley holding his soul hostage, but that's another discussion.) But then Lucifer killed him, for an ever so short time, before Cas brought him back. So, that has to mean Bobby went to Hell, right? And we already know time moves differently there so those minutes he was dead could have been... well, days at least.

Also, does it mean that the deal is null and void now? Does dying and being resurrected give you a free 'get out of your deal' card?

I want to know more about exactly what that deal entailed!
