I'm sad to say the Mentalist lost my interest around the end of season 1. I liked the characters, I loved watching Simon Baker in action, but I got tired of spotting the villain as soon as he/she was introduced, because of clumsy writing and LOUD, obvious 'tells'.
I am still enjoying Castle as well, but I recognize that it is a little crime with my banter, thank you, which makes me wonder how long it will stay on the air. Kind of like the Remington Steele of the decade. :-)
I'm worried about In Plain Sight because there have been big changes in terms of production and secondary characters and rumors that they want the show to be lighter and less about Mary's personal life. Hello? The dark, biting humor is what makes it different from anything else out there and the delving into the characters personal lives is what makes it a character driven show. *headdesk*
I'm waiting for White Collar to come back on. There's nothing much else that I'm watching at the moment. *sigh*
